Description

• Manage discovery, analysis, and assessment phases, producing qualified solutions and estimating the work plan, while continuously advising our customers on how they can gain more from their technology investments; • Pre-Sales Solution Engineering, Project Definition, Business Requirements Analysis, Functional/Technical Design, and ongoing QA activities related to the Build and Deploy Phases; • Perform gap analysis between systems functionality and customer’s requirements; • Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements, or workarounds to meet customer requirements; • Develop functional and technical specifications for Dynamics 365 BC enhancements and integrations to other business applications; • Assist Industry leads in estimating the steps in formulating their solution maps (based on industry knowledge); • Provide Dynamics functional and technical implementation and product development expertise; • Work with the Project Manager to formulate implementation plans, risks and mitigation strategies, and timeline requirements; • Drive additional sales opportunities with the customer; • Be in a customer-facing position and respond to escalations from customers and customer end users; • You might be involved in end-user training to make sure the project is successful; • Manage project teams to achieve the goals of a project within the timelines established, as well as reset project expectations and advise as to the changes necessary to ensure that the project is successful.

Requirements

• University degree in a software development area • 3 or more years of Dynamics NAV, or D365 BC development experience • Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions • Understanding of D365 tools and related business processes • Ability to analyze and solve complex application problems • English knowledge of at least Upper-Intermediate level • Flexible and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies • D365 BC Certifications as a plus.
