• Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities • Facilitate a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams
• Fluent in English and Spanish • High school diploma or equivalent required • Completed Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification preferred • Experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator for a minimum of 6 months preferred • Experience in a business or office environment • Customer service or administration preferred • Strong communication skills, verbal and written • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook • Ability to prioritize and organize own work • Desire to provide a high level of customer service to colleagues and clients
