Description
• Lead the deployment of a new ERP system across multiple manufacturing plants. • Oversee all aspects of the program, from planning and budgeting to execution. • Manage a cross-functional team to ensure successful project execution. • Collaborate with plant operations to address site-specific challenges. • Monitor project progress and resolve issues as needed. • Manage the go-live process for each plant and ensure smooth transitions. • Track and report on project metrics and user adoption rates.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred). • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably with a focus on ERP implementations. • Proven experience managing complex, multi-site projects. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Experience with JDE ERP systems is required. • Ability to travel to multiple plant locations.
