Description

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for JDE ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations. • Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements. • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users. • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, define business processes, and ensure user adoption. • Manage JDE ERP system integrations with other enterprise applications. • Conduct thorough testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality. • Manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle. • Track project progress, monitor resource utilization, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, keeping them informed of project progress and potential challenges. • Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to best practices. • Stay up-to-date on the latest JDE ERP features, updates, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum 5+ years of experience in JDE ERP project management or a similar ERP system- REQUIRED • Experience with JDE EnterpriseOne or JDE Cloud- REQUIRED • Proven experience in leading and managing complex IT projects from inception to completion. • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. • Experience in business process analysis and gap analysis. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Preferred Skills: Agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). • Experience with data migration and integration tools.
