• Lead a team of engineers providing Level 1 Customer Support • Establish & monitor performance expectations • Assist engineers in their support roles and career objectives • Responsible for escalations and managerial support • Ensure team is equipped to manage workload effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree coupled with experience in a support or equivalent role • Proven history in people leadership • Good understanding of telecommunications systems and/or Ciena specific products • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio • Excellent communication skills in English • Excellent interpersonal skills • Customer-oriented mindset • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
