📋 Description
• Key contributor to Ciena’s Marketing Strategy and Operations team • Support in planning and reporting of the marketing budget • Facilitate the execution of SOWs and other contracts • Assist with new vendor onboardings • Organized self-starter and supportive team player • Strong analytical skills to translate financial information • Build relationships to collaboratively problem-solve
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing • Familiarity with accounting, planning and procurement software (Oracle, Allocadia, Coupa, DocuSign) • Strong Excel proficiency and modeling skills • Detail oriented and operate with a commitment to delivering quality results • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Operate with high integrity • Personal commitment to customer service and building relationships • Team player with a collaborative approach to problem solving • Thrives in busy work environment, takes initiative, and can multitask
