•We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated People & Payroll Co-ordinator to join our People & Culture team, for a 6 month fixed term contract. •The role reports directly to the Head of People & Culture and will be an integral part of the team providing effective and accurate coordination of People & Culture activities throughout the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit. •This role is also responsible for delivering the company’s payroll processing requirements within the required timeframe whilst maintaining accurate administration of the company’s people systems. •Where appropriate the successful candidate will provide advice and guide managers and employees on policy and process, taking into account current legislation and best practice.

Requirements

•Previous experience in a HR generalist role •Experience in processing payroll activities for a salaried company’s payroll with expertise in administering employee benefits via salary sacrifice. •Proven experience of day-to-day usage of HRIS system for entire employee life activities including reporting requirements •A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Offices including Outlook, Excel (Advanced preferred); Word; PowerPoint; and Teams. •The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, using sound judgment and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. •Exceptional personal integrity, who displays respect and empathy for others and is consistent, open, and honest. •Evidenced experience of working in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and strong self-management skills. •Excellent communication with engaging written skills, •The ability to work effectively within a team, understands the impact of own actions on colleagues. •A creative and analytical thinking style, applying tenacity in the face of obstacles. •Previous experience of using HRIS - Iris Cascade is desirable. •Managed employee onboarding processes from offer to start date and induction. •Experience managing employee life cycle administration. •A relentless drive to improve performance and deliver outstanding results through more effective ways of working.
