Description
• This is a remote part-time opportunity. • Engage with parents, families, millennials, small businesses, and corporate professionals on social media. • Responsibilities include joining Facebook groups, creating authentic connections, and enhancing brand visibility.
Requirements
• At least one year of experience in driving engagement and building communities on Facebook and Instagram HIGHLY preferred • In-depth knowledge of platform algorithms, engagement strategies, and community-building techniques • Ability to proactively reach out and engage with potential clients, influencers, and community members on social media • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating personable and compelling interactions • Knowledge or prior experience working in or with photography, creative industries, or related fields - Optional but PREFERRED • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting on social media engagement metrics • Ability to craft creative engagement strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with our target audience • Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms for tracking engagement and scheduling posts • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations and engagement activities simultaneously • Keen awareness of emerging trends in social media and the ability to quickly adapt engagement strategies • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment • Ability to address challenges and resolve issues creatively in social media interactions • Ability to work closely with marketing teams to align engagement strategies with broader campaigns • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
