Description

• You will be part of our Department of Customer Project Management (CPM). • You will work across the whole project lifecycle, from technical presales to project implementation. • Provide guidance for customers about Cinemo’s product portfolio. • Translate customer use cases into Cinemo features, anticipate customer technical needs. • Provide technical documentation, datasheets and answer technical questions for specific products and projects. • Contribute to RFI-s, RFQ-s and Q&A sheets. • Act as interface between the customer and CPM for resolving technical matters locally in close collaboration with the Project Leader in charge of the project. • Depending on project need and issue urgency/complexity assist the customer in integrating the Cinemo SDK and debugging their software in relation to the implementation of Cinemo’s features. • Support Proofs of Concept and project implementation.

Requirements

• College/university degree • Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in the automotive sector • Sound knowledge of C and C++ programming languages and good understanding of software engineering processes with complex technical issues • Significant experience with customer support • Enthusiasm for client interaction, a reliable partner, with a willingness to be present at the client's location 50% of the time • Excellent problem-solving skills • Experience with embedded SW products and understanding of cloud technologies • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under minimal supervision • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for efficient collaboration with internal and external stakeholders • Well-organised with high attention to detail • Interest in next-generation multimedia • Proficiency in English and Japanese
