• Circ is a registered B Corp Company. • Seeking a Director of Sourcing to join our team. • Responsible for sourcing and strategy behind the procurement of feedstock for textile-to-textile recycling. • Identify the best suppliers by region, negotiate and contract with suppliers.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related subject matter. • 7+ years of experience with supply chain management or procurement either in a consulting capacity or within a raw materials company. An understanding and knowledge of the textile supply chain including relationships with key stakeholders is a plus. • Experience with materials handling, logistics and warehousing is preferred. • Results-Oriented: Impact-driven with a demonstrated ability to deliver results and optimize for speed. • Contract Negotiation: Experienced in drafting and negotiating contractual purchasing agreements. • Strategic and Operational Skills: Strong combination of strategic thinking and operational capabilities. • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unknowns and find smart solutions in an ambiguous environment. • Ambition: High ambitions with a constant drive to find innovative solutions to challenges. • Language Skills: Proficient in professional English (both oral and written) and preferably fluent in one or more other languages.
