Description

• Onboarding selected bank partners and monitoring integration processes. • Collaborating cross-functionally for successful partner onboarding and integration. • Analyzing process issues and making improvements. • Collecting FAQs for partner due diligence requests. • Utilizing project management tools to track projects. • Communicating with stakeholders to meet timelines and expectations. • Creating reports and visualizations for senior leadership. • Understanding liquidity infrastructure and operations for fiat on and off ramps.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Banking, Financial Services or Payments industry. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; preferably in business, economics, accounting or related field. • Process-oriented mindset with ownership of onboarding and underwriting processes. • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to independently organize and prioritize competing priorities. • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
