Description

• Own and drive the company's entire risk and compliance platform product strategy • Oversee design and development of risk and compliance platform product and infrastructure • Establish risk and compliance platform product vision and gain consensus among stakeholders • Identify process gaps and mitigate inefficiencies impacting risk and compliance platform efforts • Conduct various aspects of the development life cycle ensuring timely advice and compliance consultation

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in implementing KYC, AML, or Sanctions technologies in scaled companies • 10+ years in executive, managerial or people leadership capacities, or equivalent entrepreneurship roles • Experience in RegTech or Fintech companies preferred • Experience designing risk and compliance operational workflows • Self-starter with fast-moving execution • Highly quantitative, analytical, and business-minded • Ability to lead, influence, and motivate individuals and teams • Executive presence with ability to influence and collaborate • Experience leading diverse teams in a complex organization • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite
