Description

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems in the retail domain (e.g., text and image analysis, pricing models, recommender systems etc) • Engineer and maintain data pipelines for data acquisition, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering • Train machine learning models using various algorithms • Integrate machine learning models into our existing infrastructure and applications • Leverage existing LLMs based on the project requirements • Collaborate with software developers and product managers to define and implement AI-powered solutions • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/Machine Learning research and best practices • Document your technical work clearly and concisely for future reference and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical concepts • Proficiency in programming languages like Python (with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) • Experience with data wrangling tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Spark) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams • A passion for innovation and a strong desire to apply AI to solve real-world problems
