📋 Description
• Lead Quality Analyst for Compliance Operations Quality Control & Assurance team. • Perform comprehensive quality reviews across KYC, Investigations, and Sanctions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement. • Execute quality reviews and ensure compliance standards are met. • Design effective methods to enhance quality review processes.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years experience in financial crimes compliance, with a minimum of 1 year in quality role. • Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. • Ability to maintain a strong operational focus with the ability to manage time sensitive workflows across competing priorities. • Experience analyzing large transactional data sets, proficiency in SQL preferred. • CAMS, CFCS or CFE certification is a plus. • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address potential issues and risks. • Experience and comfort working in an ever-changing industry and the flexibility to quickly react to changing demands. • Organized, detailed, proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, multi-tasker, and creative. • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is extremely important. • Ability to prioritize workloads and ensure tasks are completed timely. • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information. • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
