Be seen, be understood, be you. • The Insights Consultant reports to the Sector Lead, Insights Consulting, and is responsible for managing day-to-day customer relationships for a subset of smaller customers within a specific sector. They address customer needs, present report findings, make recommendations, and serve as a trusted point of contact. This role coordinates and executes on tasks delegated by Senior Insights Consultants and Sector leads to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education. • 1-2 years of Insights Consultant or similar type of experience in the Public Relations & Communications space
