Description

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, leading the development, execution, and delivery of custom research projects, acting as a strategic advisor in the Consumer Intelligence and Social Media space. • Oversee and guide project teams, including analysts and freelancers, collaborating on deliverables and client relationships. • Ensure seamless client communication, keeping projects on schedule and aligned with client goals. • Conduct complex data analysis to generate actionable insights addressing client business challenges. • Review and provide feedback on client deliverables for content quality, accuracy, and presentation. • Handle commercial scoping, ensuring optimal pricing, discovery, and project delivery quality. • Represent the team in client meetings, presenting to both internal and external audiences. • Contribute to the development of new methodologies, delivery mechanisms, and tools to enhance research capabilities. • Build expertise across Brandwatch products while staying current on industry and research trends. • Support team member development and upskilling. • Occasional travel may be required for client needs, but this is not typical.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial research experience, ideally with a focus on consumer insights and social media research. • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and create innovative data visualizations for report deliverables. • Strong mentoring skills with a willingness to coach and guide junior team members. • Exceptional business writing, communication, and presentation abilities. • Highly organized with excellent project management skills. • Technical proficiency and a strong aptitude for learning new software, conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses. • Advanced competency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charting), Word, and PowerPoint.
