• 5+ years of relevant experience • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration and Azure AD • Working knowledge of ITIL processes • Microsoft O365 Certification, preferred • Azure Certification, preferred • ITIL Certification, preferred • Migration and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions • Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 suite • Building and executing PowerShell scripts • General knowledge of networking – IP, DNS, SMTP • Knowledge of Slack administration • Knowledge of Identity management product such as Okta • English proficiency
