📋 Description
• Organize impactful, high-quality events advancing mission to defend life, family, and freedom. • Oversee every aspect of CitizenGO’s event operations from internal retreats to global forums. • Ensure smooth execution of internal and external events, aligning with strategic goals. • Manage logistics, budgets, and vendors for cost-effective event execution. • Coordinate CitizenGO’s presence in relevant external events ensuring smooth participation. • Analyze benchmark events and propose training opportunities for ongoing team growth. • Manage communication with internal leaders and strategic partners to ensure success. • Assess event effectiveness and implement improvements based on data and feedback. • Assist the Director of Outreach with additional responsibilities as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in English (B2 level); Spanish or additional languages are a plus. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills. • Experience working with senior leadership and executive teams. • Understand how to coordinate events effectively while managing tight timelines. • Thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable working independently with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Flexible and adaptable, able to handle last-minute changes with ease. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Available to travel as needed for events. • Mission-driven and aligned with CitizenGO’s commitment to defending life, family, and freedom. • Highly professional, self-motivated, efficient, and results-driven. • Thrive in a collaborative team environment and comfortable within a hierarchical structure. • Experience in remote work environments is preferred. • Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira is preferred.
