Description
• The Principal Engineer works closely with executive leadership to lead a team of engineers in strategic and day-to-day solution delivery, ensuring all service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals are achieved. • The Principal Engineer is the subject matter expert across the complete lifecycle of cloud operations to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and scalability of the enterprise cloud infrastructure. • The Principal Engineer is the functional leader of engineering activities such as but not limited to: development and configuration patterns, practices, standards, and workflows, automation frameworks, and solution design.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Information Systems preferred • 7+ years of experience building distributed systems in an enterprise environment • 5+ years of experience supporting Cloud-based distributed systems • 5+ years of software development and engineering services technical experience • 5+ years of experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline engineering • Microsoft Certifications: Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer preferred • AWS Certifications: Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer preferred • IT experience within a multi-facility healthcare organization preferred
