• We’re Civica and we make software that helps deliver critical services for citizens all around the world. • Our aspiration is to be a GovTech champion everywhere we work around the globe, supporting the needs of citizens and those that serve them every day. • We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Director to join our team and elevate our sales strategy. • In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping and embedding a high-performance sales culture within the APAC region. • You will evaluate our current roadmap, identifying opportunities for enhancement and offering strategic recommendations. • Collaborating closely with our regional sales leaders, you will focus on reallocating quotas and territories, optimizing team structures. • You will be responsible for tracking critical data, such as pipeline health and conversion rates, and analyse these insights. • Additionally, you will establish and implement systems and processes that ensure we can effectively monitor and enhance performance across the region.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing sales operations and processes with a SaaS business • Experience working in similar organisations going through environment of change • Experience leading teams and driving change effectively • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions • Experience working in a matrixed organisational structure & collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in sales enablement and pricing • Familiarity with sales incentives structure and compliance • Understanding and experience with Salesforce CRM • Preferrable experience working with fixed contract models and understanding the nuances of this operating approach • Familiar with various sales methodologies and their practical applications
