Description

• Work closely with our team of L3 Engineers to provide high quality support for our software applications built on JavaScript, Java, and C# frameworks • Responsible for resolving bugs, technical issues in the code and improve existing code for reliability and scalability • Provide engineering and product support via email to customers and internal teams • Gather information and prescribe customer steps to resolution for expected vs. actual outcomes • Create technical documentation to serve as a knowledge base for handling recurring support and data engineering needs • Ensure customer inquiries are responded to within established timeframes and support service levels are achieved • Work collaboratively with local and geographically dispersed team members during US Hours

Requirements

• At least 2-5 years working experience in fullstack development working in two to three of the following: JavaScript, React, C#, Java, SQL • Experience in various technologies/languages also a plus: Docker, HTML, CSS, test-driven development • Proficiency maintaining clean, organized, and well-documented code under a Git source code repository • Experience with service-oriented architectures, including restful services and soap • Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal highly preferred
