Description

• Manage and mentor engineers, conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development. • Oversee squad composition and adjust resources to meet client/project needs. • Define and implement engineering standards, guidelines, and best practices. • Align engineering initiatives with company strategy and growth objectives. • Track engineering metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with strong focus on clean code practices, design patterns, and scalable software architecture. • Proven ability to implement and maintain industry best practices in software development. • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest tools, frameworks, and technologies in the software development industry. • 2+ years of experience leading and managing technology teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineers, promoting growth and technical excellence within the team. • Strong written and verbal english communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to align engineering initiatives with the company's strategic goals, ensuring technical efforts contribute to overall business growth. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively, ensuring deadlines and strategic objectives are met.
