β€’ Role Overview β€’ We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious Production Manager to lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing underwriting and brokering team. β€’ This role involves driving revenue growth, setting the standard for excellence through personal production and market expertise, and institutionalizing best practices to achieve replicable results.

β€’ Leadership & Team Development β€’ Coach, develop, and inspire production staff using EOS methodology. β€’ Create and implement comprehensive training programs for team development. β€’ Develop and refine KPIs and performance measurement tools. β€’ Foster a culture of entrepreneurship, growth, and accountability. β€’ Operational Excellence β€’ Partner with the Operations Manager to establish and maintain standard operating procedures. β€’ Ensure adherence to best practices and efficient tool utilization for high-quality and timely work. β€’ Market Engagement & Growth β€’ Maintain a strong understanding of commercial carriers and market trends. β€’ Actively participate in underwriting and brokering to stay market-relevant and model best practices. β€’ Retain at least 95% of key retail agencies while onboarding a minimum of 10 new agencies monthly. β€’ Personal Contribution β€’ Maintain a modest book of business to build credibility and strengthen key relationships. β€’ Model behaviors that drive exceptional client experiences and team development. β€’ Experience β€’ 3–5 years in commercial lines underwriting (excess and surplus lines required). β€’ 3-5 years in brokering - specifically in excess and surplus lines. β€’ 3–5 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment. β€’ 1–2 years of experience developing training programs, processes, and KPIs. β€’ Skills β€’ Strong verbal and written communication. β€’ Proficient computer and organizational skills. β€’ Decision-making, critical thinking, and adaptability. β€’ Positive attitude and commitment to personal growth. β€’ Certifications β€’ Property and Casualty Insurance license required.
