Requirements
• 5–8 years of experience in machine learning and software development. • Expertise in Python and software architecture patterns. • Experience with LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, LangChain, LlamaIndex). • Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. • Proven track record of delivering production-grade software. • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset for experimentation and validation. • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for AI innovation. • Strong coding discipline (clean, testable, maintainable code). • Nice to Have: Experience with RAG solutions, vector databases, or GraphRAG. • Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, quantization, and self-hosting. • Knowledge of LLM-related security issues like prompt injection and data poisoning. • Active GitHub contributions (please include links).
