• Clari’s Revenue platform gives forecasting accuracy and visibility from the sales rep to the board room on revenue performance - helping them spot revenue leak to answer if they will meet, beat, or miss their sales goals. • About the Team Finance and Accounting at Clari forms the backbone of strategic decision-making by employing rigorous analysis, relevant reporting, and sound financial management. • About the Role We are looking for a BI Developer / Analytics Engineer to help transform raw data into actionable insights through scalable data models and visualization solutions. • This role will bridge the gap between data engineering and analytics, ensuring data is well-structured, accessible, and optimized for business intelligence and reporting. • This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in Poland.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working with SQL for data transformation and modeling • Experience with Python for automation and data manipulation • Proficiency with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses • Experience working with ThoughtSpot or other BI tools for visualization and self-service analytics • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and performance optimization • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset • Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for analytics workflows • Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering for BI projects
