Description

• Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs. • Work directly with patients and families for collaborative care. • Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services. • Document necessary information in EMR/EHR platform. • Collaborate with treatment team to ensure quality client care. • Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions. • Offer psychoeducation to clients and families.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Illinois with one of the following licensures: LSW/AMFT/LPC or LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or PsyD. • Non-licensed (MA or MSW) compensation: $35-40/hr. • Partially Licensed (LPC/LSW/AMFT) compensation: $40-50/hr. • Fully Licensed (LCPS/LCSW/LMFT or Licensed Clinical Psychologist) compensation: $50-60/hr. • Experience in group, family, and individual therapy. • Experience working with an array of populations, diagnoses, including co-occurring disorders.
