Description

• Lead end-to-end design efforts for multiple products. • Contribute to overall product strategy and direction. • Build productive, collaborative relationships with design, product, and engineering partners. • Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features. • Develop and enforce design guidelines, advocating for a stronger design culture within Clarity. • Gather requirements, incorporate technical constraints, engage in feedback loops, and ensure design solutions align with Clarity’s product vision. • Leverage your expertise to tackle Clarity’s most challenging design problems. • Help establish foundational processes that advocate for a design-centric approach and attention to detail in software development.

Requirements

• Passion and drive for designing best-in-class products. • A portfolio showcasing excellent product designs delivered in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in building and growing design systems. • Proficiency in Figma. • Proven ability to manage design projects from concept through to delivery. • A history of solving difficult and complex design challenges.
