Description
• Accept projects with a defined due date • Read disclosures to understand technical nuances • Perform comprehensive searches for relevant prior art • Prepare written opinions using relevant prior art • Maintain proficiency with patent searching databases • Ensure timely and quality deliverables • Comply with Clarivate’s Code of Business Ethics
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields • At least 1 year of patent examining or searching experience • Experience developing search methodology using specific databases • Must be a U.S. citizen or work-eligible legal resident • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance • Master’s or PhD would be great • At least 3 years of patent examining or searching experience • In-depth knowledge of technical literature in engineering, software, and business methods • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
