• Acting as a strategic finance partner to key business units, providing financial insights and recommendations • Leading financial projects, from process improvements to new system implementations • Developing and maintaining financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis • Optimizing and automating financial reporting using advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas) • Driving data-driven decision-making by analyzing key financial and operational metrics • Supporting P&L management, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability • Implementing and enhancing financial systems, with a focus on NetSuite and Abacum • Conducting variance analysis, monitoring KPIs, and providing actionable recommendations to senior management • Ensuring financial compliance and contributing to process improvements across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in a finance business partnering, FP&A, or financial analysis role • Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas) • Strong financial modeling experience, with the ability to build robust models from scratch • Experience leading financial projects and implementing new tools • Affinity for financial tools and systems, with hands-on experience in NetSuite and Abacum • Strong data analysis skills – ability to work with large datasets and drive insights • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high level of attention to detail • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus
