📋 Description
• Work with internal and external clients to prepare, review, and negotiate agreements and other documents • Maintenance of corporate books for the company and certain US affiliates • Advise internal departments on various matters and disputes as they arise • Legal research as needed • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities which may from time to time be assigned or required • Provide legal and regulatory opinions as may be requested by employees of affiliated companies
🎯 Requirements
• JD - ABA-accredited law school (State Bar required) • 1-3 years In-house counsel or transactional attorney • General in-house or transactional legal experience, including technology law, employment law, corporate books and governance, commercial transactions and dispute resolution • High-level of organizational skills and critical thinking skills • High emphasis on technology sector and technical knowledge • Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel) • Bilingual English and Spanish • Bar Admission • ATT-JD - Attorney
