📋 Description
• Work with internal and external clients to prepare, review and negotiate agreements and other documents. • Maintenance of corporate books for the company and certain US affiliates. • Advise internal departments on various matters and disputes as they arise. • Legal research as needed. • Provide legal and regulatory opinions as may be requested.
🎯 Requirements
• JD - ABA-accredited law school (State Bar required) • 1-3 years In-house counsel or transactional attorney • General in-house or transactional legal experience, including technology law, employment law, corporate books and governance, commercial transactions and dispute resolution. • High-level of organizational skills and critical thinking skills • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the results are achieved and/or exceeded. • Ability to effectively present information to top management. • Must be able to develop relationships with various departments. • High-degree of business acumen and good judgment. • High emphasis on technology sector and technical knowledge. • Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel) • Bilingual English and Spanish
