Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software experience • Driven and motivated by growth engineering and experimentation as a practice • Experience in generating and executing product experiments that drove scale in users and revenue • Experience in driving technical tooling and process around experimentation • Ownership mindset: comfortable with responsibility and accountability • Excited to get things done in a fast-paced environment • Thoughtful about creating and maintaining a world-class engineering culture • Collaborative mindset, working well with engineers, designers, and product teams • Enjoy working in a pair programming environment • Passionate about education and having an impact on kids' lives • Live and work in the Americas timezones • Bonus: used React and/or Node at scale • Bonus: experience with MongoDB or MySQL • Bonus: DevOps experience, especially on AWS
