• Trust unlocks our greatest potential. • ClearBank is a place to challenge the status quo and think differently. • As an Analyst, support assessment on financial crime control environments for new clients. • Conduct ongoing monitoring and assess control performance of existing clients. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulations. • Act as secretary for financial crime governance sessions and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in risk and control frameworks and compliance with regulatory standards specifically in relation to financial crime, especially in relation to outsourcing of those controls. • Ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining high level of quality and competency. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. • Self-starter, able to work independently when needed, and to prioritise tasks. • Ability to communicate and negotiate with key stakeholders and customers. • Strong attention to detail and good judgement.
