Description

• Support & advise a team of highly skilled subject matter experts in policy, design & evaluation projects across a 22-state region • Understand, analyze, and report on current and prospective policy happenings within the states assigned • Project manage multiple regional initiatives, track policy movements and EE funding • Deploy resources and provide expert oversight on cost-effectiveness analyses on current and prospective programs • Integrate CLEAResult products and services with Utility Client regulatory needs • Present on policy and regulatory proceedings to regional leadership • Attend utility commission stakeholder meetings where appropriate • Establish relationships with key stakeholders where assigned • Develop solutions to EE regulatory and market problems in collaboration with Business Development and Regional Directors

Requirements

• Any combination of experience in energy, environmental, and regulatory affairs and/or an advanced education degree in public policy, finance, economics, public administration or a related field • Strong Project Management capabilities and accreditations • Demonstrated ability to communicate and report to senior level management and C-Suite executives • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
