📋 Description

• Support of all procurement activities for the organization. • Responsible for specific IT related spend categories and development of preferred supplier lists for each category. • Develop and maintain efficient and effective policies, procedures, and suppliers. • Experience with IT Spend Categories that includes SAAS, PAAS, Telecom, CRM, CLM, Software, Software Licensing and deployment, Hardware, Project Management, Document Management, and cost savings initiatives. • Review and evaluate contracts and proposals. • Support negotiations as requested and continue to seek out and promote cost savings initiatives to benefit the organization. • Manage a set of mid-level IT and Technology suppliers and Value-Added Resellers. • Develop and provide reporting to track statistics around on-time delivery, invoices, purchase order accuracy, cost savings, and timeliness. • Assist senior personnel with RFX creation and compilation of results and evaluations. • Participate in quarterly business reviews with suppliers and business units. • Lead projects across the organization to include policy and procedure design, supplier selection, and reporting. • Analyze and understand industry prices, price trends, and make recommendations regarding our pricing. • Assist and aid in processing procurement requests and transactions through PO and other processes, including Service Now, Workday or other ERP systems and supplier / vendor Portal related type requests and processes. • Maintain records of products and services acquired and received, along with supporting invoice processing and verification. • Interface with and support various levels of the IT organization and other internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-5+ years applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field preferred
