Description

• The Commercial Operations Specialist will ensure commercial data is entered and accurate for multiple teams. • Collaborate with sales to ensure data and opportunities in Salesforce are complete. • Work on ad hoc requests collaboratively with the Commercial Operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role. • Proficiency in CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and data analysis programs (e.g., Excel/Google sheets, Looker). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working in or with a sales team with an understanding of sales processes. • Experience using Salesforce is not required but highly preferred.
