Description

• Collaborate with sales to ensure data in Salesforce is accurate • Optimize Salesforce for accurate data entry and reporting • Ensure Looker database aligns with Salesforce data • Own contract data entry for multiple teams • Approve ischemia for requested accounts via Salesforce • Assist with manual data pulls and board meeting preparation • Prepare opportunities data for new fiscal year

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role • Proficiency in CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and data analysis programs • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Experience working in or with a sales team
