• Supervise and lead financial analysts • Participate in financial performance management initiatives • Partner with the Finance Director in financial matters • Identify benchmarks in financial performance • Assist in preparing financial presentations • Work on revenue cycle related policies • Support treasury and research budget preparation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Six years of professional and functionally relevant experience inclusive of demonstrated project or people leadership • Two years of managerial/supervisor experience • Master’s degree (preferred) • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (preferred) • Extensive experience and/or certifications may substitute the education requirement
