• Languages: Fluent English and Spanish • Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or customer support within the SaaS or technology industry • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with inbound leads and articulate Clevertap's value proposition • Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of Clevertap's SaaS platform and the ability to convey its features, benefits, and unique selling points • Empathy and Patience: Ability to understand leads' needs, exhibit empathy, and patiently guide them through the sales process • Organizational Skills: Capability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and maintain accurate CRM records • Team Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
