• Manage, optimize, and scale operational processes for partner ecosystem. • Develop and improve processes within Lead to Cash Operations. • Serve as subject matter expert for Marketplace process. • Ensure accuracy and compliance in deal lifecycle. • Oversee operations of partner programs and meet deadlines. • Identify opportunities for growth with CSP tool. • Track and report partner performance metrics. • Collaborate with teams to streamline operations. • Lead automation initiatives to enhance efficiency. • Develop new processes to manage partners and payment processes.
• 2+ years of partner operations experience with AWS, GCP, Azure • 5+ years technology company experience • Salesforce experience with API connectors • Super user experience on Tackle or similar tools • Great communicator • Knowledge of partner tools • Experience in basic data analytics - SQL • Experience working as a consultant or in a start-up • Experience with Salesforce
