Description
• Develop features for ClickHouse core database in C++. • Collaborate with Cloud engineering team. • Improve robustness by contributing to tests coverage and QA infrastructure. • Serve as resource for Support Engineering team in debugging issues. • Work with open-source community to resolve issues and review PRs.
Requirements
• Solid professional software development experience in C++ with Unix Systems • Strong knowledge of database internals and design • Experience in architecting and developing large-scale distributed systems, concurrency, fault tolerance, multithreading, and synchronization • Good communication skills • Ready to work closely with the open-source community • Strong problem-solver with solid production debugging skills • Passionate about efficiency, availability, scalability and data governance • Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment • High level of responsibility, ownership, and accountability
