• Develop features for the ClickHouse core database in C++. • Collaborate with the Cloud engineering team. • Improve robustness by contributing to tests coverage and QA infrastructure. • Serve as a resource for Support Engineering team. • Work with the open-source community, resolving issues and reviewing PRs.
Requirements
• Solid professional software development experience in C++ • Strong knowledge in database internals and design • Contributed to architecting and developing large-scale distributed systems • Communicate well within engineering teams • Ready to work closely with the open-source community • Strong problem-solver with production debugging skills • Passionate about efficiency, availability, scalability and data governance • Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment • High level of responsibility, ownership, and accountability
