Description

β€’ Lead a highly skilled team of digital marketers β€’ Act as the catalyst for growth of clients' businesses β€’ Work directly with the CEO on strategizing new sales funnels, writing copy, media buying, and driving ROAS β€’ Collaborate with team members to launch marketing funnels, ideate direct response video ads, and strategize media buying β€’ Responsible for forecasting hiring needs, client strategy, quarterly objectives, data-driven decision making, creative ideation, and managing HR β€’ Deliver on key performance indicators and quarterly bonus targets β€’ Fully build out new sales funnels per quarter β€’ Develop a holistic digital growth strategy β€’ Regular communication through Skype and Slack β€’ Weekly team meetings and daily stand-ups

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 3 years of experience working in the info product / consulting niche β€’ Proven track record for scaling consulting/information businesses β€’ Experience managing advertising budgets on social media platforms exceeding $50,000 per month β€’ Experience with email marketing preferred β€’ Experience managing Google/YouTube advertising budgets preferred β€’ Minimum 1-year experience managing a team or leading cross-functional projects β€’ Agency experience and/or client-facing role preferred β€’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred β€’ Experience developing a holistic digital growth strategy
