Description

• Lead a highly skilled team of digital marketers • Act as the catalyst for growth of clients' businesses • Work directly with the CEO on strategizing new sales funnels, writing copy, media buying, and driving ROAS • Collaborate with team members to launch marketing funnels, ideate direct response video ads, and strategize media buying • Responsible for forecasting hiring needs, client strategy, quarterly objectives, data-driven decision making, creative ideation, and managing HR • Deliver on key performance indicators and quarterly bonus targets • Fully build out new sales funnels per quarter • Develop a holistic digital growth strategy • Regular communication through Skype and Slack • Weekly team meetings and daily stand-ups

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in the info product / consulting niche • Proven track record for scaling consulting/information businesses • Experience managing advertising budgets on social media platforms exceeding $50,000 per month • Experience with email marketing preferred • Experience managing Google/YouTube advertising budgets preferred • Minimum 1-year experience managing a team or leading cross-functional projects • Agency experience and/or client-facing role preferred • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred • Experience developing a holistic digital growth strategy
