• Reports to Marketing Manager. • Manage content calendars, coordinate creative projects, and optimize marketing operations. • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and creative team. • Maintain a rolling 3-month content calendar and manage creative asset production. • Ensure accurate data on the marketing dashboard. • Support marketing initiatives across various channels.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, content management, or a similar role. • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and content management systems. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and experience in building dashboards is a must. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes.
