• At Client Accelerators, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team. • This role is crucial to our success as we continue to expand and bring in top talent to drive our company forward. • As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, shaping the candidate journey from the initial application through to onboarding. • Your mission is not just to fill positions, but to build relationships and bring in individuals who align with our culture and values. • You’ll work closely with different departments to understand their hiring needs, ensuring we attract the best talent across various functions. • You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with hiring managers, design engaging recruitment campaigns, and enhance our employer brand. • This role is a unique blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, giving you the chance to directly impact our company’s growth and success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiting coordinator or recruiter in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and attention to detail. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases. • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations. • Ability to build rapport and create a positive candidate experience. • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative. • Experience using social media for recruiting (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) is a plus. • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
