β’ Three years of relevant prior work experience creating digital video assets, including motion graphics, at an issue-focused non-profit, political, or news organization. β’ Must work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups of people, communities, and partners. β’ Experience producing timely and compelling content to answer planned and unplanned rapid response scenarios. β’ Proficiency in Google Workplace, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and project management applications (like Asana, Monday, etc). β’ Demonstrable in applying and adhering to brand guidelines and understanding composition, typography, and color. β’ Strong understanding of the intersections between climate policy, politics, and the news cycle. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, and workflow organization. β’ Interpersonal skills, a sense of humor, and the ability to work well on and across teams. β’ A strong portfolio of digital video work.
