• Lead and mentor a team of specialists focused on resolving complex RCM issues escalated from standard teams. • Oversee the investigation and resolution of complex billing, coding, and reimbursement issues. • Analyze patterns in escalated issues to identify systemic problems and areas for process enhancement. • Work closely with standard RCM teams to provide guidance on complex cases and prevent future escalations. • Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of escalated issues and team performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role handling complex issues. • In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing effective solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. • Proficiency in RCM software and data analysis tools. • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
