Description

• Manage virtual events and podcasts to drive engagement and brand awareness. • Act as the primary contact for affiliates and sponsored speakers, managing agreements, event details, and payment coordination. • Collaborate with affiliates and stakeholders to finalize topics, target audience, and objectives for each webinar or podcast. • Assist in scheduling dates for webinars and podcasts, coordinating partnership agreements, and completing the Virtual Event/Podcast Brief Form. • Manage the creation of marketing materials, including banners, graphics, and email templates, and set up the registration or landing page. • Lead promotion of webinars and podcasts through email, social media, and other channels; schedule campaigns and track registration metrics. • Coordinate a dry run to test the webinar or podcast platform, ensure presenters are prepared, and send final reminders to registrants. • Provide technical support during live events, manage engagement activities (e.g., Q&A, polls), and ensure smooth execution. • Send post-event surveys, collaborate on content repurposing, compile performance reports, and participate in debriefs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • At least 2 years experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or similar roles, specifically with virtual events, webinars, or podcasts. • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with affiliates, speakers, and internal teams. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple events and campaigns effectively. • Proven experience in marketing coordination or event planning for virtual events, including webinars and podcasts. • Proficiency with Zoom for managing webinars, providing technical support, and using engagement features like Q&A and polls. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for registration tracking, contact management, and coordinating follow-ups. • Comfortable with social media and email marketing platforms to promote events and monitor engagement metrics. • Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, ensure smooth execution, and complete post-event follow-up. • MUST HAVE : High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift. • Good internet access at home. • Mobile Hotspot. • Laptop/Desktop of at least 16 GB.
