📋 Description
• To ensure the provision of Clinigen medicines to the right patients at the right time through an efficient and effective supply chain by collaborating with internal Clinigen Business Units and external partners. • In an increasingly complex product mix, ensuring the best service is offered to internal relevant stakeholders (especially, Medical/Wholesaler Management /Sales and Marketing Strategy/Product Management colleagues) and our external partners, through appropriate medical safety information service and collection of AEs from HCPs. • This role maximizes Clinigen Japan’s brand as a representative to expand sales through contacting relevant HCPs in the territory. • AE and detailed safety data collection is also a key compliance-based aspect of this role. • The list of duties gives a general indication of the tasks involved. All employees are expected to adapt to an environment that emphasizes a growth-mindset and work in a flexible way when the occasion arises, acknowledging that their job description may expand or evolve accordingly.
🎯 Requirements
• Medical Representative License in Japan • BA degree • Word/Excel/PowerPoint (mid-level) • Japanese language (native-level) • Experience (10+ years) within pharmaceutical or medical industries advantageous • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise work accordingly • Excellent attention to detail • Demonstrated experience in identifying efficiency issues and implementing improvements • Competent computing skills, specifically utilizing emails and databases • Service orientated, team-focused approach to work
