• The Associate Director of ClinSelect will oversee the ClinSelect teams: Feasibility Engagement, Clinical Data Integration, and Client Success Managers • Provide leadership and direction to ensure operational excellence across the Trial Management, Clinical Trial Liaison, and Client Success teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical trial management or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of managing teams and successfully meeting performance targets • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to strategize, implement, and maintain operational efficiencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent stakeholder management and client relations skills
