• Why Clipboard Health Exists: We exist to lift as many people up the socioeconomic ladder as possible. • About Clipboard Health: Clipboard Health is a post-Series C, extremely fast-growing tech startup. • About the Role: As a Data Analyst within our Worker Operations Team, you’ll play a key role in centralizing data across our marketplace tools. • Optimize Technical Infrastructure: Oversee our technical infrastructure—from servers and networks to databases and applications. • Data Management & Integrity: Execute complex SQL queries to manage custom tables. • Dashboard Development: Use data visualization tools to craft intuitive, high-level dashboards. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to assess data needs. • Data Strategy for New Initiatives: Collaborate with the TechOps team. • Documentation & Workflow Transparency: Develop comprehensive documentation for queries, processes, and dashboards. • Strategic Memos & Scoping: Draft investment memos and strategic plans. • Patch Management: Oversee testing, deployment, and validation of security patches.

Requirements

• Proven background in technical support, IT operations, or system administration, particularly in high-paced environments. • Familiarity with major operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is advantageous. • Proficiency with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for task automation. • Understanding of ITIL framework best practices, especially in incident management and service delivery. • A strong analytical mind with the ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders. • An unwavering commitment to high standards in technical operations. • Able to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively within a team to meet service level agreements. • A drive for continuous learning, staying on top of industry trends, and developing new technical skills.
